Chaque année, à Dour, se crée une communauté d’amoureux de la musique. Chaque visiteur, membre du crew, volontaires ou artistes doit s’y sentir en sécurité et libre de pouvoir vivre son festival dans les meilleures conditions.

Chacun est accueilli et respecté dans sa différence quel que soit son identité de genre, sa langue, ses opinions politiques, son origine, sa religion ou philosophie de vie, son handicap, son âge ou son orientation sexuelle. Aucune tenue, aucun comportement, aucune particularité physique ne justifie le harcèlement.

« You’re safe here », c’est avant tout une preuve de responsabilité partagée entre nous et notre communauté: vous prenez soin de vous, de vos amis et notre crew formé est là en cas de besoin. Tu trouveras des personnes avec un brassard orange portant l’inscription You’re Safe Here sur l’ensemble du festival.

Every year a community of music lovers is created at Dour. Every visitor, crew member, volunteer and artist must feel safe and free to enjoy the festival in the best possible conditions.

Everyone is welcomed and respected for their differences regardless of their gender identity, language, political opinions, religion, philosophy, disability, age or sexual orientation. No fashion choice, behaviour or physical characteristic justifies any kind of harassment.

“You are safe here” is first and foremost a proof of a shared responsibility between us and our community: you take care of yourself and your friends and our trained crew is here if you need them. You'll find people wearing orange armbands with the words You're Safe Here all over the festival.

Elk jaar ontstaat er op Dour een gemeenschap van muziekliefhebbers. Elke bezoeker, elk crewlid, elke vrijwilliger en elke artiest moet zich veilig voelen en vrij om het festival in de best mogelijke omstandigheden te beleven.

Iedereen wordt verwelkomd en gerespecteerd om hun verschillen, ongeacht hun genderidentiteit, taal, politieke opvattingen, etnische achtergrond, godsdienst of levensovertuiging, handicap, leeftijd of seksuele geaardheid. Geen kleding, gedrag of fysiek kenmerk rechtvaardigt intimidatie.

“You’re safe here” is vooral een bewijs van gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid tussen ons en onze gemeenschap: jij zorgt voor jezelf en je vrienden, en onze opgeleide crew is er in geval van nood. Overal op het festival zie je mensen die oranje armbanden dragen met de tekst You're Safe Here.
